Wealth planning is about more than an investment portfolio. It’s about understanding where you are today, where you want to go, and the people and priorities that matter along the way.
I work with individuals and families to provide personalized financial guidance focused on their goals and evolving needs.
My Approach
I believe thoughtful financial guidance begins with understanding what matters most to you. Before helping you select investments, I take time to learn about your financial history, future goals, and what is most important to you.
My approach is goal-oriented, long-term focused, and comprehensive. I work with clients to evaluate their broader financial picture, including investments, income and expenses, retirement needs, insurance considerations, cash needs, estate planning considerations, and other financial priorities. From there, I help develop an investment strategy designed with their interests at the forefront.
Education is also an important part of how I work. Drawing on my background in education, I enjoy helping clients better understand the strategies available to them so they can make informed decisions about their financial future.
My investment philosophy seeks to balance opportunities for long-term growth with each client’s individual need for risk management. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I consider a range of investments, providers, and platforms based on the client’s specific situation and objectives.
Just as importantly, I believe financial guidance should evolve as life changes. I typically meet with clients one to two times each year, with additional conversations as needed, to review their portfolio with them, discuss changes in their lives, and revisit short- and long-term goals.
My Clients
I work with individuals and families across different stages of life, from those just beginning their careers to individuals and families preparing for or living in retirement. I also enjoy working with multiple generations of the same family, helping each address the financial priorities that are important at their particular stage of life.
Because every financial situation is different, I always like to begin with a conversation to learn about your goals and existing financial picture and discuss where I may be able to provide guidance.
For established clients, the relationship may extend beyond investment planning. Periodic conversations with you may include portfolio allocation and performance, cash needs, beneficiary and estate planning considerations, as well as evolving short- and long-term goals. Meetings can take place in person, by phone, or virtually based on your preference.
